Safety and community rules

Trust is the whole product. These rules apply to everyone.

   Verification is mandatory

   Every sitter passes ID match, a criminal background check, two references and a manual review. Every host passes ID verification. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

2. 02

   Zero tolerance for serious records

   Convictions for violence, theft, fraud, abuse or animal cruelty mean permanent rejection. Other records are reviewed case by case.

3. 03

   Keep it on Nestwell

   All messages and agreements stay in the app. Anyone who asks to move off-platform for money or personal details is reported.

4. 04

   Respect the home and pets

   No guests, parties or unapproved visitors. Follow the pet care plan exactly. Never leave animals alone longer than agreed.

5. 05

   Honest profiles only

   Real names, real photos, real references. Fake details lead to a permanent ban.

6. 06

   Report anything, fast

   Use the report button on any profile or message. Reports are reviewed quickly and accounts can be suspended while we look.

7. 07

   Re-checks every year

   Verified members are re-checked annually and can be re-checked at any time if a concern is raised.
