Terms of service

Nestwell connects hosts who are travelling with verified house sitters and pet carers. Each listing states the daily rate the host offers, which may be $0 for a free stay only. When a host accepts a sitter for a sit with a daily rate, the host pays the sitter's total pay (nights multiplied by the daily rate) plus a Nestwell fee of 10% through checkout. Nestwell holds the payment and releases the sitter's pay once the host marks the sit complete.

Everyone must give accurate information and follow the community rules on the Safety page. Accounts that break the rules may be removed.

Host listings are $9 per trip and the sitter membership is $12.99 per month. Prices are shown before you pay. If a host cancels a paid sit before it starts, the host is refunded in full. Once a sit has started, please contact us through the Safety page.

This is a summary and should be reviewed before launch.
